Play Kind Cards are designed to be a fun social experience, breaking down barriers and encouraging people to step out of their comfort zone.
Play Kind Cards are an initiative from the Kindness Factory. The Kindness Factory™ started from one person’s incredible story of courage, hope and adversity, and has now become a global kindness movement, touching the lives of hundreds of thousands of people from all walks of life. The Kindness Factory™ is a Not For Profit organisation based in Australia and the USA.
The funds raised from these cards will go towards educational programs in schools and universities, ensuring that people continue to grow with a foundation of kindness. We hope to inspire all humans to play kind, have fun, stay connected with others, know when to reach out for help, exercise resilience and treat themselves, each other, and the planet with dignity and respect.
WILDCARDS
While we were designing these cards we realised that what might be #onesmallact for one person, may be something big for someone else.
We didn’t want to make acts unachievable, but we don’t want to hold you back from what you are really capable of.
So, give some thought to your wild cards. Go big, be brazen, inspire greatness. Have fun, play kind, do good.
Here’s some acts that people have shared with us so far:
♥ Topped up my wife’s superannuation account so now she has the same as mine
♥ I paid for someone’s petrol when their credit card didn’t work at the checkout
♥ I setup a regular payment to sharethedignity.com
♥ I donated a kidney
♥ I mowed my neighbour’s lawn
♥ I let someone in front of me in traffic
♥ I left money in the vending machine for the person behind me
♥ I now take my Keep Cup to the café every time
♥ I babysat for my neighbour
♥ I knit beanies for the premature babies at my local hospital
♥ On a recent flight I swapped my aisle seat with a stranger who had the middle seat because they weren’t feeling well

Each act is designed to make you and the people around you feel good. Some acts might involve people you know really well, or complete strangers, which might dial up the awkward a little – push through that, just #onesmallact can change the world!
